This document explains how we test, score, and handle relationships. Transparency is our bottom line.

Review process

  1. Real testing: every product is used for at least several days (labeled "tested N days")
  2. Scenario testing: tested in typical use cases — we really write with writing tools
  3. Data recording: key conclusions backed by screenshots, data or version info
  4. Multi-person review: important reviews verified by at least two people when possible
  5. Ongoing updates: re-tested and updated after major product versions
